Misunderstanding in received payment
Good morning! Yesterday I received notification from E-bay about payment . E-bay sent me 2.47$ . Please explain me for what is this payment ? Because for last selling I must received more then 15$
If possible can I contact with manager by phone.

Seller Hub > Payments > Payouts > Payout ID
