Mistakenly left a 1-star review for seller; how do I change?
After leaving a glowing review for a stellar seller, I accidentally clicked the wrong end of the star scale (leaving a 1- rather than a 5-star rating). I realized this almost immediately, but the review had been submitted, and now eBay won't let me correct it. I would like to be able to fix this without the seller having to use up one of their few "request feedback revision" opportunities. And even if they do, will that allow me to change the stars--or only the words? It seems impossible to contact a real person at eBay, and none of the automated articles have been helpful with this.

Mentor4 months agoUnfortunately, positive feedback cannot be changed, nor can the stars be changed. All you can do is to use the option to Leave followuo feedback.
