Mistaken shipping label

I made a purchased a shipping label, found a mistake on it, cancelled printing the label, went back to fix my mistake, then purchased the fixed label. I was then charged for both labels. How can I get a refund on the first label I purchased?

You have 5 days from date of printing to void the label. The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks when they have determined the label was never used.

Go to Seller Hub > Orders > Shipping labels

Locate the label. Click the down-arrow, select VOID. The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have confirmed the label was never used. You can now use the same link to Print Another Label, and this time make the appropriate corrections for the package.
