mistake
all of the items that i recently put on here as bids that i wanted were my items that i put on Ebay through someone else then bid against myself to see if someone else would bid and the result was i won the items i was trying to sell so she got charged $9.00 and I am stuck with this unpaid nonsense on my account this sort of unresolved nonsense will more than likely prevent me from wanting to ever shop on Ebay again I mean there are other selling platforms that you can actually talk to a live agent instead of painstakingly having to type a long message explaining why I am so disappointed with EBAY......

You should read the eBay Shill bidding policy:
https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/selling-policies/selling-practices-policy/shill-bidding-policy?id=4353&st=3&pos=1&query=Shill%20bidding%20policy&intent=Shill%20bidding&lucenceai=lucenceai&docId=HELP1268
Be sure to click open the plus sign next to: Read our full policy. You'll see it at the bottom of the eBay policy page.
ADDED:
Not allowed
Activity on eBay is required to follow this policy, the eBay User Agreement and all applicable laws, as well as respect the rights of third parties. If it doesn’t, eBay may take action consistent with applicable laws and the eBay User Agreement, and may even be legally required to do so. Such actions may include, as an example only: Removing the listing or other content, issuing a warning, restricting activity or account suspension.

Sorry, but this isn't "nonsense." It's called shill bidding, and it's not only an eBay policy violation, but it's against the law to bid on your own items.
You should have request cancellations from whoever is listing for you, but it sounds like it's too late for that. When you earned your unpaid item strikes, the seller got her fee credit, so at least that is resolved. If you earned two or more strikes, you will be blocked from buying from many if not most sellers until they age off your account after 12 months.
Don't ever do this again or eBay may close your account (and the account of whoever is listing for you) if caught or reported.
