Missing Transactions
Some of my purchases do not show up on my account summary.
The transactions have been paid for, received, feedback left (all positive), yet they don't appear when I select All Purchases along with the given Year (2023). Transactions preceding and after the missing purchases are listed. I don't have any marked hidden. Am I doing something wrong? Is this a bug in the system?

Mentor2 years agoIs it possible those transactions were made using a different eBay account?
Try searching for those transactions by title keyword. In some cases that may find transactions that do not appear in the search by year.

The various solutions were suggested:
<If it is missing because you purchased as a guest, use the email eBay sent regarding that purchases to handle any further actions regarding it.>
As a registered Ebayer for 20 years, I wasn't aware a person could purchase as a guest, so I can't imagine that is the problem.
<The default view of your Purchase History is the last sixty days; you must change that date range to see any older purchases made within the last three calendar years.>
Yes I set the date correctly and even checked other years just to make sure.
<If you are certain you purchased using this eBay account within the last two and a half years, try searching your Purchase History by title keyword to see if you can find that transaction.>
This is how I found the purchase details. Both sellers are still registered and active. The only anomaly is one of the sellers is from Europe. (I am in the USA) However, I have other purchases that were from outside the USA that do appear.
