missing transaction in purchase history
wanted to look more into an old purchase and im unable to find it completely. its about 2-3 years old and the seller stil has the listing that i purchased https://www.ebay.com/itm/363492000073 but again unable to find in purchase history. any suggestions thank you

Mentor2 weeks agoIs it possible you made that purchase using a different eBay account? Or as a guest?
If not, and if you are searching your purchase history by keyword, try choosing the correct year and looking through the full year's transactions directly. Sometimes the search may not find every transaction. Try searching using different keywords as well, just in case the seller changed the item title.
It might also be worth scanning your feedback left or received to see if you can identify the transaction that way.

Reports take a week to generate, and then you must use the resulting link within another week before it expires. Transaction data is quite basic: item name and number, date, price, shipping, seller username. No pictures or descriptions.
