Missing Transaction from the Seller's Hub w/ receipt
Negative feedback was left on my profile about a year. It still sits there. When I go to sellers hub to find exact date of sale and feedback, neither the buyer or item is listed. I wrote ebay and have no response on why this is missing. The hub should be a place where all our transaction records should stay, yet it's not. What has to be done to have the complete record?
