missing transaction
I have a transaction missing in my ebay purchase history. I have the information showing in my PayPal history but not in ebay. Paypal shows the date, invoice number, and order number. It matches with my other records but doesn't show on ebay. How do I find it?

Mentor3 years agoWhat you can do depends why that transaction is missing.
If it is missing because you made the purchase using another eBay account, sign in to that account to deal with that transaction.
If it is missing because you purchased as a guest, use the email eBay sent regarding that purchases to handle any further actions regarding it.
The default view of your Purchase History is the last sixty days; you must change that date range to see any older purchases made within the last three calendar years.
If you are certain you purchased using this eBay account within the last two and a half years, try searching your Purchase History by title keyword to see if you can find that transaction.

If the listing has been removed from eBay entirely because the seller has been removed, you will likely have to contact eBay to deal with that. See the last FAQ entry here:

What happens on occasion and is that a Buyer inadvertently purchases as a Guest. The transaction is not recorded on their eBay account. We see that fairly often here.
