Missing return item
ebay forced me to do a return even though the buyer lied. its been 17 days since the return and still i havent received the item and the buyer doesnt reply to messages. whats next??

·3 years agoDon't know why, but some buyers will wait until the last day to return an item.
Not much you can do but wait until the case is closed, if they don't return it.

Mentor3 years agoebay gave the buyer a specific date to the return the item. If you do not see a date that the return is in transit, I believe you can close the return (or Ask ebay to step in, not sure) or the return automatically closes after a specific date and you are no longer obligated to refund the buyer.

·3 years agoNo, you can't have it closed any more, you just have to wait until they decide to close it.
