Missing return
I gave the item to usps and misplaced the receipt. I checked the eBay information nothing from usps. But I gave the package to usps. All of a sudden seller is saying he doesn’t have package. He’s one state over.
I have a copy of the label any chance the usps can track the package if I show them the label?
Seller was a problem out the gate with this item.
Any help would be appreciated.

·3 years agoA receipt proves only that you shipped the item. It does not prove delivery. All sellers should use tracking when they ship. Tracking will show item was delivered to the buyer.
If buyer opens a item not received, since you do not have tracking to prove delivery, you need to refund the buy or eBay will force a refund and give you a defect.
