Missing purchase information
I purchased a set of struts for my car. After I installed them, I discovered that they are rattling. I looked in my eBay purchases to find the seller and find out if there is any type of warranty. The info was no longer in my purchases. No history of the sell anywhere. I have the shipping info and order number, but it's as if the sell never took place. Why is this info no longer available? Any advise would be helpful. Thanks, Mike
