Missing purchase history item
I ordered 2 items in sept 2023 and wanted to see some info about the order. I went to my confirmation email with order # and clicked the link for more info and it says it doesn’t now exist. I have older orders in my purchase history available but not two items I ordered in 2023.
Also I was logged in when I had ordered. Any one have same issue and figure it out? Ty

If the transactions do not appear in your Purchase History and you are looking at the correct date range and also checking hidden purchases, then you should consider the possibility that you made the purchase using another eBay account or as a guest.
