Is it possible you have more than one eBay account, and your most recent purchases were made using that account rather than this one?
It is easy to inadvertently create a new eBay account by signing in using a social media account not linked to an existing eBay account, for instance when signing in for the first time using a new device.

According to your feedback profile your last purchase was made 5 years ago. When you made the recent one did you do so by buying it as A Guest? If you did, the item will not show up in your purchase history but all of the info you need will be in the Order Confirmation email you received.
