Missing purchase history
Updated to a new phone.... purchase history for the last 7 years is missing. Last purchase shown was March of 2019. Looking for a fix.

It sounds like you have two eBay accounts.
----First, write down the User name and password for the current account, and try to think what your other username or email was
your phone may be a phone number + password
another account may be email + password
Log out of the current phone account
Go to your phone. Open the app
Click the My eBay Icon at the bottom
Click Settings at the bottom
Scroll down to "sign out" in the first section
You are now logged out of the "new" phone account
Then:
Click the My eBay Icon at the bottom
Click 'Use email or username'
Enter the other user name and password
(don't use any default login saved on your phone)
You may need to do a password reset if the Old User name and password isn't saved on your phone
Now you can save this NEW login to your phone.
You are now on the other phone account
