Missing purchase history

I made a purchase on EBay 3 days ago. Suddenly the record of the purchase is missing! Neither the purchase nor seller appear on the page I purchased the item from.
judgi g from the number of customers who share this experience I wonder what EBay is doing about it.

If you are certain you used this account to make the purchase, and you cannot find the seller or the original listing, the seller may have been removed from the site by eBay.
