THE USPS SEARCH REQUEST WAS SENT ON1\6/25 SO FAR NO RESPONSE.

MY LOCAL P.O STATES >I WILL JUST HAVE TO WAIT, TO SEE IF IT SHOWS UP.

IS EBAY RESPONSIBLE TO HELP OR REFUND THE PURCHASE PRICE?

There are severe weather conditions in many parts of the country, which is why delivery is delayed. Sellers have no control over this. You can file an Item Not Received case before the package approaches close to 30 days overdue to get your money back.
