All payments-related info is currently blank. eBay usually fixes things like this pretty quickly.
Click the ? icon on the bottom right of the page to file a tech report, or shake your device to report on the app.

Here's how to contact a eBay customer service Managed Payments Agent:
On a computer go to your Seller Hub Overview page and click on SUMMARY

Next scroll down to the lower right corner and click on the ? mark. Then you will see a pop up and a button that says " Have us call you"
