missing payment

Question

I have not received payment for something I sold Dec 23. I received it for 2 other things that were sold at the same time. I can't find a way to get to any one to talk to. Please help.

Fund holds are normal for new and returning sellers.

New or infrequent sellers will experience transaction holds while learning best selling practices. This helps sellers become established and build a strong selling history on eBay. New sellers typically experience holds for up to 30 days, although sometimes it may be longer
