Missing Parts
I requested to return on item for a full refund because there was a missing part that rendered the item unusable. If the seller sent me a tracking number for the missing part, is there a way to delay the automatic return/refund? I don't want to cancel the return and end up getting the wrong part because then I wouldn't be able to return anymore. What should I do?

Mentor4 months agoIf you do not ask Ebay to step in to help you within 21 days of filing the return request, it will be closed with no possibility of re-opening the return request.
