Missing partial Refund
Hi, I need some assistance please. I have a case open regarding a bag that was sent to me that came damage (i think) from the authenticator. The seller does not accept returns, so ebay offered to give me half back of what I paid for the bag. It has been one month, no status update, no one responding to my messages from ebay, and now I am left with a bag that I have to deal with. Can anyone help with this??
