Have you contacted the Seller? We recommend that you message the Seller first to give them the chance to make things right. If that transaction isn't made whole, you can then open an Item Not as Described refund request on eBay. You would need to do that within 30 days of delivery.
The Seller will be required to respond within three business days to your satisfaction. If they do not, on the 4th day go back to your request and ask eBay to step in and force the refund.
