missing page from purchase
I sold a 2 page magazine ad. The buyer said they only received 1 page. I know it was sent, as I double check all my items when shipping. I looked in my folder where it would be if I did screw up, is not there. I was going to send a refund ,then wondered if the buyer is covered thru eBay protection,thanks for your help, Perry

Yes. The buyer is covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee when they state that part of the order is missing. Ask your buyer to open a return request.
Do not issue a refund until the buyer sends back what they received.
