missing packages
hi I have not received my order it saying delivery but when I call FedEx they told me package was delivered to another address not mine this package was supposed to be held at one of the FedEx pick up locations in brooklyn ny it was never delivered to me or the hold location it gone missing

You do not need to know the actual address, you just need documentation that says the address associated with that tracking number was not yours.

OP2 years agothe package was redirect to a FedEx holding center it was never delivered there when I got email I went to center and was told it was never delivered I attached a copy of the request to hold at center

Mentor2 years agoThe bots see that tracking states DELIVERED so you will automatically lose an Item Not Received case.
You take the tracking number down to the carrier (post office/FedEx/UPS). Have them check their GPS coordinates for where the package was delivered. If it was NOT to your name/address, then you get that statement on their letterhead. They do not need to state where it was delivered, just NOT to you.
Then you upload a copy of that letterhead into an appeal, to get your money back.

OP2 years ago this package was redirect to a FedEx hold center for me to pick up it never got delivered to the fed ex holding when I went to pick up I was told it was never delivered there I attached a copy of the request I made to hold package at holding center
