Missing package with no response from seller
Hello!
I paid for an article on July 4 2023, was told delivery window was July 7-10. On July 12 contacted seller as my order details still said AWAITING SHIPMENT. No response at all. In my email I asked that if the item was in fact still not shipped , the address would need to be updated as I would no longer be in the place that I shipped to after 4 more days. Still no response, still says AWAITING SHIPMENT, and after today (JULY 14) I will not be here.
Cannot find any way to speak to a person at Ebay.. The seller has had full payment since July 4. And the item was clearly marked No Returns, which is not a problem because it is a product I use and would not return. But what can I do now? No package, no hint of a package coming, money spent.
