missing package found and then delivered after refund
Hi, I am a seller who shipped an item to a buyer. The item went missing in the mail and I refunded the buyer. Now the item was found and is in transit to the buyer. How do I ensure the item is returned?

Mentor1 year agoIt won't be returned, it will be delivered to the buyer. You can ask them to pay you via PayPal, but not all buyers are honest. This would be a great feature for eBay to have, which I have been saying for quite some time. As long as the item was moving, you didn't need to refund.
