Missing package

Someone from ebay sent me package at 6th Sep 2025. Till 12th Oct 2025 package didn't arrived. Is there any possibility it will finally will be delivered anyway?Tracking number: 9534612017015251921950

Or maybe it's new Donald Trumps customs regulations to stop all items going to Europe? Honestly I'm frustrated about this situation.

Package arrived to customs Carol Stream but nothing more. Shipping was to Poland, Europe.
After more than one month of waiting tracking status didn't change. My package had been missed or damaged.
I get refund but right now I afraid to buy od Ebay. It can happen again. One and half month of waiting. Waste of time. Seller told me he didn't get his package back.
Is this typical on ebay or it's single case?
