missing package
As a seller how do I get compensated for a lost package. Customer states never received. I have refunded 100%. Now what do I do? Can I file a claim somewhere? thanks

File a claim with USPS if the package was insured.

If the tracking shows delivered, you were not responsible for the refund, and can no file a claim. eBay will not reimburse you - the loss should have been the buyer’s, unless you decided to cover it yourself.
If the tracking does not show delivered, file a claim with the carrier, or here on eBay if you purchased shipcover insurance.
