Missing order history
I ordered an item, seller was helpful order was competed and all was well.
just over 30 days later the order is completely gone and order number isnt even in the ebay system.
No seller info, messages or anything remains.
Why ? How? WTF?

It is possible that you purchased as a Guest. You would have received a confirmation email but the purchase would not have appeared on your eBay Purchase history. We see this happen on a regular basis. If that is the case below is what we advise Buyers.
Whether you purchased as a Guest intentionally or accidentally here is what we advise:
First, you are covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from receipt: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
Next, you may have inadvertently purchased as a Guest so you will have to log OUT of your eBay account to do anything with the Guest purchase. The email you received should have a link for you and this Help page will assist you as well: Buying as a guest | eBay
On a side note, Guest purchases cannot be merged with an eBay account nor can you leave Feedback on the transaction.
