Missing order from Purchase History - 2021
Hi,
I purchased headphones from ebay in 2021 but I am unable to locate the order under "Purchase History". Can anyone please help. I am finding it impossible to reach ebay.

Mentor3 years agoMake sure you are signed in to the same eBay account used to make the original purchase.
Try searching your Purchase History; sometimes a search by title keyword will turn up a transaction that does not appear when viewing the entire year.
