Missing order
I ordered a paw patrol doll, tracker. Paid for it and took a screenshot of the order.And when it was supposed to be delivered. From BelleboutiqueLLC. It never arrived, nor does it show that I ordered anything when I go into my account.I did order as a guest but I registered an account
And it shows I have an ordered nothing.I did take a screenshot. For proof!

Mentor1 year agoSince you ordered the item as a guest it is totally separate from any purchases through your account. You need to find the confirmation email that eBay sent you and in the email are special log in instructions you need to use. Once you log in using the instructions you will see the item and be able to open any case or request you need to.
