Missing my item
I bought a item,eBay said me by mail: “the item is arrived “but I don’t receive it i need my refund so far,I don’t receive neither item nor refund

Mentor5 months agoWhat does the tracking say? If it shows delivered then you will lose any case for an "Item not received". You will need to check with your post office and find out where the GPS shows the package delivered. If it was not delivered to your location then you need to ask them if the address on the label was your address. If it was then the USPS is responsible for recovering the package. If not then come back and let us know so we can give further instructions.
