Missing messages to seller
I have been texting back and forth with a seller who refuses to refund. We had several messages between us and yet I can't find at least one of the messages I sent to him. How can that happen? It appears as if we only exchanged 3 messages, but there were more conversations than that! I'm confused on how some of our messages are missing??? Even in my "sent" emails, they do not appear. Can a seller delete certain messages he doesn't want eBay to see?

Mentor2 years agoeBay may remove eBay messages after about ninety days. At least that appears to be the oldest message I have in my inbox.
