missing messages
I got negative feedback stating that I didn't response to messages. I responded positively asking how I could assist and that I didn't get any original message requests for help. Buyer then requested a return without answering me how I could assist. I can see all of the messages on my phone, but not on the desktop. I want to save all of the messages in the thread, but since I can't see them on the desk top I am not sure how to do that. I have no problem refunding the money without return, but I want to make sure I am not missing any more messages. I don't want to be blamed for a problem with the ebay messaging system. They also sent a pic of their phone showing message can't be sent.
From buyer in refund request:
"Supposed to have 91 tiles and came with 64 The seller says the want to send pieces and to list what’s missing. them what’s missing and they ask again saying they need to know what’s missing and they say they are not getting my messages. I said is this a joke and they apparently received that text but no others. Just want to return for a full refund. Not happy with the difficulty trying to communicate with this seller."

Mentor2 years agoThe easiest way is to have the buyer go to his/her Purchase history, locate the item. Click on RETURN THIS ITEM because it is Not as Described. S/he will need to click on More to see that option. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for its return. The buyer prints out the label, affixes it to the box, and has the counter clerk scan the label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund the buyer within 2 days. If no refund, the buyer goes back to the case and clicks on Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
Once she has been refunded, ask if she would accept a Feedback Revision Request to change the negative feedback. Let us know if you don't know where that is at the bottom of your feedback page.
