Missing mail
Buyer never received item that has tracking. Post office either lost it, or it’s damaged. Will I have to give full refund for item ?

Mentor1 year agoIf the buyer files an Item Not Received case, you will have 3 days in which to enter tracking that shows Delivered, or give a full refund. I would try to assure the buyer that I will refund in full if the item does not show up within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. The delay is most likely caused by the inclimate weather around the country. In the meantime, you can go to USPS and file a claim for a lost item (except for items sent Media Mail unless you pay extra for insurance).
