Missing Listings
I am finding several things in my premium store inventory that are no longer listed on eBay. I haven't removed them so what happened? Is there a time limit things remain listed?

I had listings fall off regularly when I sold in volume. I did ask CS about it a couple of times and was told there wasn’t anything the tech folks could do unless I had the item #s, which of course, I did not have.
I made auditing active listings compared to physical items a regular task.

OP1 year agoYes, that number was probably correct however, my issue at hand is such...I have several items in my inventory that have sat for over a year. To clear space, I determined I would revise the listing....sadly, I could not find the items listed in my premium store anymore. At first I was ready to blame myself for the error but as I investigated further I found SEVERAL items had just disappeared from my store. They're still on the shelf taking up valuable space but how/why are they being removed without my knowledge or permission? If I'm paying $60/mo for the store shouldn't I have control of how long something is listed? I'm bewildered by this.

eBay did not intentionally end them. As I mentioned, listings do seem to just go MIA from time to time.
Without an item #, they can't try to find the problem. My only solution was regular audits of inventory to listings and listings to inventory.
