Missing items in purchase history. I tried refine. Any ideas?

I bought a furnace motor and a large replacement back up battery. Does show up in history. I need to reduce capital gains. Any ideas? I tried refine. Nothing.

Is it possible you made those purchases using a different eBay account? Or as a guest?

Try searching your Purchase History by a keyword from the item title; sometimes that can find transactions that do not appear when viewing the entire year.
