Hi! I shipped an item to a buyer and it wasn't scanned at drop off, so it appeared to be lost. After 15 days, still no information, so I refunded the buyer. This happened over a month ago. About a week ago, I got a message that the package was in the LA post office and would be delivered to the buyer. I messaged him and asked him how he'd like to handle it. He never responded. Five days later when I got the delivery date, I asked him to refuse delivery and send it back to me, or he could pay me for it if he wanted to keep it. That was three days ago and nothing. How should I proceed? Is there anything I can do or am I just out my money and time?
