Missing item not ordered within the last 90 days
I ordered a large order of parts back in October 2024. Due to my work schedule and life I did not get a chance to get to the project until about three weeks ago. I discovered I was missing on of the items within the order. I looked at my Ebay account and find that it shows that I never received the item. I checked my PayPal account and the money for that item has not been refunded to that account. I messaged the vendor and they stated that they had a shipping issue so they did not ship it. Then they went on to say they wanted to make sure that they didn't refund me already. That was a little over a week ago. The only contact with them is via message. No phone. I'm frustrated that there is no way to make a telephonic connection with them. They are slow in response and I discovered today that if no correspondence transpires within 7 days the messages are trashed. I also spoke with an Ebay rep that spoke with a heavy Asian accent. They stated that they would send a note to the seller to refund my money. She stated I should have a response in 4 days that was near two weeks ago. What do you do next? This was not a small amount of money. And I need the parts to continue forward.

Mentor1 year ago@lessylviastoffel I am sorry but you are too late for an eBay Money Back Guarantee refund request. You only have 30 days from the date of delivery to file the request.
You may have protection through PayPal or your credit card.
