missing item from order
I received my order but it was missing 1 of 5 items. The Seller broomstick6 is not responding.
How do I contact a real ebay customer service rep for support?

You need to work it out with the Seller, eBay is not going to do anything at this point. You are covered by the eBay Money Back guarantee for 30 days from date of receipt: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
DO NOT file a claim that you did not receive your item. That claim is for the entire shipment. You can return everything since what you received "does not match pictures or description". Using that return reason you would get a pre-paid return label and can send the items back. The seller will have 2 days to refund you, failing that you can get eBay to step in and force the refund.
