Missing item
I ordered a 48 v 1000 w battery and charger from Smart international. The charger came but the battery did not but when I tracked it it said delivered. Now when I try to contact ebay I get spun in circles and I can't contact seller. I'm very frustrated because what happened to the guarantee. I paid my money how do I get my product
