MIssing item
In October of last year I purchased a picture. The seller allegedly sent to picture to the wrong address and is saying it is in Malta.
He has been told by ebay I have to contact them to get a refund.
But it is not letting me submit a report (it comes up as Submission failed but will not give me a reason why)
The AI assistant is absolutely useless
As you can imagine after 6 months I want my money back.

eBay's money back guarantee is good for thirty days from the last estimated delivery date shown at the time of purchase. After that, eBay can no longer help.
You may still have recourse through your payment method; some credit cards offer some protection for up to six months from the date of purchase.
