Item paid for. Reached out to seller several times with no response regarding shipping. Item delivery date will expire tomorrow. Requested cancellation 3 days ago but seller still hasn’t responded.

You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request on eBay.

If it is more than 30 days past the last estimated delivery date then you can file a refund request on PayPal up to 180 days from the date of purchase. OR if you didn't use PayPal at checkout contact your bank or credit card to report that you didn't receive the item.

OP8 months agoThank you. The sellers page is sketchy. Sold only two items with no feedback. I looked at price when I should have studied his stats! Live and learn. And I feel like eBay needs to change some policies like once your funds are confirmed, the seller should have 24 hours to expedite your order. This seller I’m dealing with had a three day handling time which means my wait has bern longer for an item that’s never been shipped!😣
