Did you receive a tracking number for the item? If you did does it have a Delivered scan but you did not receive it Or does it show that it is still in transit? Has the last estimated delivery date passed yet? Check the order details to see that date.
If it shows the shipping agency has the item and it is in route, you should wait a few more days to see if it starts moving again. Many parts of the country were hit with storms that may have caused shipping delays over the last week.
If there is a delivered scan you may want to contact the shipping agency by phone, give the rep your address and ask if it matches the address on the shipping label? If the rep says the label has a different address in your zip code. come back here and say you have been the victim of a Fake Tracking scam. We can tell you what to do if that has happened, but tell us what shipping agency the seller used.
