missing item
What is the process when the item says it has been delivered to the correct address, but the buyer says they never received it. He said the postal service must have delivered it to the wrong address. Does Ebay pay for the lost item?

Mentor10 months agoNo eBay does not pay for any lost item other than items shipped through their International Shipping Service.
The buyer needs to ask the shipping carrier for the GSP location of the delivery. If the item is not shown as delivered to their location the carrier is responsible for recovering the package. This assumes that you shipped to the address the buyer provided on payment and did not change it. If it is shown to be delviered to their location then the package was stolen and they need to deal with their insurance company as neither eBay or sellers are responsible for stolen packages.
