Has anyone been in a situation where you have ordered from eBay as a guest and there is no email confirmation of purchase, it's not in your purchase history but the money has been debited from the account?
Trying to get through to eBay is ridiculous

Mentor3 years agoeBay sends a confirmation email when you purchase as a guest, so check your junk mail folder. If you don't find anything, you may have made an error in typing in the contact email address.
At the link below, you can request a call back from eBay by clicking Have us call you on the left side of the page. If you don't see that option, click Chat with our automated assistant. Then type "agent" at the bottom in the chat box. You'll see an option to request a call back there.
