I purchased a handbag. It was delivered to the wrong address by the postal worker. I’m trying to submit a claim to get my money back. I don’t have the personal information of the seller to do this. I have to do an online claim trough usps. I’ve tried to contact the seller but no response. Any ideas what I can do now. Thank you in advance
