-If an item or part of it is missing in the shipment you received go to the item in your Purchase history and file a return using the reason Not as described - does not match pictures or description. You will be sent a pre-paid shipping label for the return. The Seller will have 2 days to refund you once they have the item back. Failing that you go back to the claim and ask eBay to step in and force the refund.
-If by "Missing item" you mean something else then please explain.

OP2 years agoI paid for the purchase, eBay closed my acc. the seller received the money, I did not receive the purchase. I called customer service, they told me that since my acc. was closed, then I will not get my money back (I was not guaranteed a money back after the acc. closed). I wrote to the seller, he did not answer. I think this is theft! I am abroad, I am an American citizen and I pay taxes. This is the worst company in the USA. they are thieves! this seller is a thief!

Let me start by saying I don't doubt you for a minute ... and I am very sorry it happened.
This account that you posted with is based in the US and if it is the one you tried buying with outside the US and changed the address to a foreign country eBay may have closed your account thinking it was hacked, which happens.
If you paid with either PayPal or a credit card you can try processing a refund with PayPal or a charge back with your credit card.
