Missing Item
Buyer claims item was not received but USPS tracking said it was delivered. Ebay stopped my payment. I responded to buyers message and supplied tracking showing it was delivered. No way to contact Ebay with my side of the story. What now. Thank you.

Mentor2 years agoRespond to the case with the tracking # that shows delivery. The claim will close in your favor, and the payment released. You have 3 business days to respond - after that, eBay can refund the buyer with your $.
