Missing item
I sent an item ordered on 10/28 with an eBay purchased label. My account side shows it was delivered 11/1 and since it was over 2 months ago I didn’t keep the tracking number or receipt from the USPS (rookie mistake I’m sure). Now she’s saying she never received it and wants a refund. Do I have to eat the cost of this item then?

·3 years agoIf tracking shows delivered, eBay will rule in your favor. If buyer opens a case, respond to the case with the tracking number. It has been over 30 days since receipt so the buyer can not open a case. Her eBay Money Back Guarantee expired. Tell he you have tracking that shows delivered.
