Missing Harry Potter Tshirt
Dear Sir or Madam,
I sold a Harry Potter Tshirt and I got word from the buyer that they were asking for a refund. To which, I granted. However, I never received my item back.
What do I need to do to get my item back?
Thank you and I look forward to a response.

Mentor2 years ago@proudsissyof4 You made the mistake of refunding before you received the item back.
These are the steps to handle a refund request>
Approve the return, and issue the return shipping label.
Wait for the item to be returned to you.
THEN you refund the buyer.
Once a refund is issued the buyer no longer has the option to print a return shipping label. Or any motivation to return the item.
The system thinks that this means you didn't want the item back. Sometimes it's better for a sellers bottom line to refund without requiring a return.
ALSO > If you do not willingly accept a return the eBay steps in forces one, you get a Defect, you don't get your sellers fees back, buyer keeps the item.
You can try reaching out to the buyer and see if they'd be willing to co-operate in returning the shirt if you provide a prepaid return label. If they say yes then you go to Pirateship.com to buy the label and send to the buyer as JPEG in eBay messages. If the buyer doesn't use the label Pirateship.com does refund you for the unused label in 30 days.
